All residential services are pre-billed for the month (1st-31st). These rates apply to single family homes only. Duplexes are subject to additional fees.
For new customers starting a monthly service. Initial cleanup is a thorough deep clean of the yard, where we remove all waste buildup. Your first deep clean includes up to one hour of scooping. Yards that take more or less than an hour will be prorated, $35 for every half hour.
Not interested in a regular service package but need a fresh, clean yard for a party or special event? This is for you! Pro-rated the same as a new service deep clean, for services that don't require the full hour.
Regular cleaning every 6-8 days. We try to schedule on the same day each week, for consistency, but changes do happen on occasion.
*This option includes up to three dogs. Additional charge of $6.50 per dog per month applies to households with four or more dogs
Regular cleanings twice in a 7 day period, with 3-4 days in between. Cleanings are generally scheduled for the same days each week, for consistency.

We'll take the waste with us to dispose of it.
Our deodorizer is safe to use on or around plants, pets and humans. Its non toxic, non caustic and doesn't require rinsing before walking on the applied area. Its also safe to use on artificial turf, concrete, wood and asphalt.
Trashcans are so scrubbed by hand with a combination of bleach and soap. Please let us know in advance if you prefer a different product. We supply our own hoses, but will need access to an outdoor water source.

We offer waste disposal and restocking services for as low as $8 per month (per station). We also supply the bags!
Does your neighborhood, apartment complex or local park have a problem with pet waste? We offer large scale poop scooping of those common areas for as low as $200/month.
