Absolutely not! You can cancel your services at any time, however refunds will not be issued for any unused service time (unless a pup has a passed away), so please try to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Our base rate includes up to three dogs. Each additional dog incurs a "Many Paws" fee of $6.50 per dog per month.
We will service yards as scheduled even if it's raining, as long as lightening isn't present. In the event we can't complete service your appointment will be rescheduled for another day. If service cannot be rescheduled due to routing or scheduling conflicts service will resume the following week. We do not issue credits or refunds for services skipped due to weather.
Your pickup days are predetermined based on location. We cover a large service area, and to make the process as fuel and time efficient as possible we only visit certain areas on specific days. We will try our best to accommodate specific requests, but please understand that may not always be possible.
We send invoices through our CRM, which uses Stripe credit card processing. You can pay directly through this invoice. We also accept cash at the time of service. No personal checks please.
YES, absolutely! Friendly dogs are more than welcome to be in the yard while we work. Please be sure territorial or aggressive dogs are put up before we arrive.
As long as we have access to your yard you do not need to be present for your appointment.
You will receive an email reminder the day before your appointment, and a text reminder the morning of. We will also send a text when we are en route to your home.
For clients with a monthly service package, you'll pay for the month in advance. For example, invoices for the service month of October would be sent between September 29th and October 1st. The month will be prorated for new customers who begin service in the middle of a billing cycle.
If you need to skip a couple of weeks just let us know! If you have already paid for the month you can be issued a refund for the time that you won't need service, or we can issue a credit for the next month. Your choice! Please keep in mind that you may not receive a credit if there is more than 7 days worth of waste accumulation in the yard.
For monthly subscription clients invoices are due by the 5th of each month. Invoices that remain unpaid by the 7th may be subject to a $10 late fee, and services will be paused until payment is received.
All other invoices are due upon receipt.
No, we do not need a key. However if your gate is locked at the time of your appointment and no one is home to give us access to the yard your service will be skipped and you will still be charged for the visit.
