Absolutely not! You can cancel your services at any time, and should you decide to cancel after you've paid a refund will be issued for any un-used service time.
Our base rate includes up to three dogs. Each additional dog incurs a "Many Paws" fee of $1.50 per dog per week.
We will service yards as scheduled even if it's raining, as long as lightening isn't present. In the event we can't complete service your appointment will be rescheduled for another day, or we can issue a refund/credit on next month's invoice.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please give us 24hrs notice if at all possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a specific date and time frame.
Your pickup days are predetermined based on location. We cover a large service area, and to make the process as fuel and time efficient as possible we only visit certain areas on specific days. We will try our best to accommodate specific requests, but please understand that may not always be possible.
We send invoices with Square, you can pay safely and securely with your card through the invoice. We also accept Venmo, and cash. No personal checks.
YES, absolutely! Friendly dogs are more than welcome to be in the yard while we work. Please be sure territorial or aggressive dogs are put up before we arrive.
As long as we have access to your yard you do not need to be present for your appointment.
You will receive a text reminder 12-24 hours before your appointment. The time listed is approximate. We are usually early, but will let you know if we are going to be more than 30 minutes late. (Very unlikely)
For clients with a monthly service package, you'll pay for the month in advance. For example, invoices for the service month of October would be sent between September 29th and October 1st. The month will be prorated for new customers who begin service in the middle of a billing cycle.
If you need to skip a couple of weeks just let us know! If you have already paid for the month you can be issued a refund for the time that you won't need service, or we can issue a credit for the next month. Your choice!
For monthly package clients your invoice must be paid on or before your first service date of the month. Each invoice is dated accordingly. We reserve the right to suspend service until your invoice is paid.
All other invoices are due upon receipt.
No, we do not need a key. However if your gate is locked at the time of your appointment and no one is home to give us access to the yard you will be charged a no access fee.
